Designed for the Mold Making and Plastic Production Machinery markets, Lusin® Protect G31 is, as the name implies, a protectant within Chem-Trend's mold maintenance product line. The first product of its kind, Lusin® Protect G31 is unique in the industry due to its dry, non-tacky finish when applied. It is especially effective in areas where high humidity could contribute to mold and machine part corrosion, and has been proven through use in markets such as Thailand, where extreme humidity and airborne salt is commonplace. When applied, Lusin® Protect G31 appears as a white layer that provides up to 12 months of protection. While applicable to any industry in which machinery would be subject to corrosion, Chem-Trend is focusing its marketing efforts initially on the global plastic industry.
